An Atlanta native, Owen has expert knowledge of the marketplace and is committed to improving the future of the metro region. Having worked as a tenant and landlord broker since 2007, he is passionate about investing, analyzing and advising clients on real estate transactions. Owen holds a degree in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He and his wife, Lauren, are active in the Atlanta community where they are raising their three children.

Will is the Vice President of Middour Investments with a proven track record of success in the commercial real estate industry. He is responsible for leasing of the Middour Investments’ portfolio while representing multiple landlords within the Atlanta flex and industrial markets. Having an advanced knowledge of the metro Atlanta real estate market, Will helps to identify and acquire investment properties for both his clients and the Middour Investments team. He strives to ensure a seamless, organized and persistent effort to maintain maximum occupancy while increasing property valuation. A four-year letterman on Georgia Southern University’s baseball team, Will brings his competitive instinct to his real estate transactions. Will graduated from GSU with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Business Management.

Allie specializes in industrial Landlord and Tenant representation. She brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for helping businesses find their ideal spaces. With a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, she is dedicated to providing comprehensive leasing solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients. Allie has developed strong relationships with property owners, developers, and tenants across various sectors.

An Atlanta native, Allie attended The Lovett School and currently resides in Buckhead. She graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, where she received her BBA in Finance from the Cox School of Business. Allie is actively involved in YCR, ACBR, and CHOA's Friends Junior Committee. In her free time, she enjoys international travel, watching the Atlanta Braves, and seeing live music around the city.

Kelsey has over 10 years of experience in the property management industry, and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our property operations, maintenance, and tenant relations. She works closely with our leasing and maintenance teams to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied.

Kelsey is a dedicated and organized professional with a passion for customer service. She is known for her excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with tenants and vendors. She is also committed to staying up- to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to ensure that our properties are competitive in the marketplace.

In her spare time she enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband and son.

As our Operations Manager, Monica is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business and property operations including : financial management, property management and process improvement.

She works closely with our team members to ensure that our business processes are efficient and effective, and that we are able to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

She holds an MBA from UGA's Terry College of Business and a BA from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts.
